Booking and Payments
An $80 non-refundable non-transferrable deposit is required to secure your makeup appointment. Please use your full name as the payment reference and send a screenshot of the transaction to makeupbyenrica@gmail.com.
The balance of $100 can be paid on the day via cash or card.

Appointment Preparation
Makeup duration: approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please note that access to the studio involves stairs. For optimal results, exfoliate your skin the night before and cleanse prior to your appointment.
If makeup application is desired on the décolletage, please wear a strapless or thin-strap top for ease of access. Please inform Enrica of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities beforehand. Makeup by Enrica shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as reactions from sensitive skin.
Clients are required to be ready at their appointed time slot. Failure to be ready may result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.
Product Purchases
Lipsticks and touch-up bags are available for purchase. Please order these items prior to your appointment.
Parking and Travel
Clients are responsible for any parking fees incurred during mobile appointments, such as hotel valet or meter parking. Please ensure that parking is available if the location is in a hotel or CBD area. Valet parking is required.
Photography and Media Use
Makeup by Enrica reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any makeup applications and may use such materials for promotional and/or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Health and Safety
Makeup services may be refused at full cost to clients who have contagious illnesses or infections. Please disclose any such conditions prior to your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Studio appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Changes to bookings, including adding guests, are subject to availability and will be charged at the current rate. No shows will result in a lost deposit and future bookings will not be accepted.
Emergency Clauses
In the event that Enrica cannot fulfil a booking due to an emergency, an effort will be made to find a replacement artist, though this is not guaranteed. A full refund will be provided if no replacement is found.
Late Arrivals
A late fee of $20 applies for arrivals over 10 minutes late. Appointments may be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Appointment times may be adjusted by Enrica by 10-15 minutes even after confirmation. Any changes will be communicated to ensure smooth scheduling.
Additional Fees
A 20% surcharge applies on public holidays and Sundays.
Early fees may apply for appointments before 7 AM.
For mobile bookings, travel fees may apply.
Refunds are solely at the discretion of Makeup by Enrica and generally are not provided, except as outlined in the emergency clauses.
